I built this radio according to research I found on the internet.

After spending time trying to find a console radio in the small town of Ft. Myers, Florida, I decided to build one because it would take less time and the cost was minimal since it was built from scraps.  I built this in two long days.

The radio is made from scraps of luaun, plywood, wiggle board and one inch pine I found around the shop.  I researched console radios on the internet and found one similar to this on on ebay.

After it was built, I filled all the screw holes with joint compound then primed it.  The dial was taken from a small radio we had in the shop.  The rest of the radio in entirely fabricated from scratch.
